Onag Limited’s contract O&M services include the provision of all the personnel and management systems necessary to safely commission, manage, operate, maintain, and administer the business and technical aspects of the facility.

We understand that the mission of every business is twofold.

Second, preserve the value of the plant through cost-effective maintenance and the improvement of its human and physical assets.

We also recognize that each step in the evolution of a power plant – from the development phase through maturity – presents a unique set of management issues, priorities, dangers, and need for critical management systems.

Mission clarity, an understanding of the evolutionary phases of each plant, and our experience in each phase enables us to position each plant for success.

Planned Preventive Maintenance :

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of equipment within the BTS site on a regular basis is required to minimize the risk of equipment failure. PPM is the scheduled operation of a system of inspections and regular maintenance routines designed to optimize the operation of the equipment on the Site. Visits to site will be planned to occur at intervals that correspond with any activities required to effectively maintain equipment. This specification is a guideline intended to identify the minimum requirements that specify for maintaining a BTS site.

We follow the manufacturer’s specifications for maintenance for each element of passive equipment,  identify good working practices to improvement the reduction failures and therefore improves Uptime then the procedures may be modified provided that:
Uptime is delivered or exceeded for each site in accordance with the agreed SLA
Ensures that each item of equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ guidelines
Modifications are made in accordance with Document and Process Change Control Procedures as defined by the client.
We visited as often as is required each month to ensure an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
